Orders are usually dispatched within two working days. Please bear in mind that we dispatch orders from a country town and mail may take longer to reach you than parcels dispatched in a city.
We aim to keep the cost of postage and packaging to a minimum. We recycle packaging where possible and do not add a fee for labour.
Jojoba Natural is not responsible for parcels once delivery has been completed to the address supplied. Please use the “signature required” option on the Checkout page if you are concerned your parcel will not be safe when left at your address.
NORMAL DELIVERY IN AUSTRALIA is via Australia Post and is calculated on the weight of the products ordered.
- If placing an order by means of the shopping cart, postage is calculated on the checkout page. Once the order has been packaged we will notify you of the tracking number and the estimated time of delivery. The postage cost depends only on the weight of the parcel and is the same Australia wide.
- If placing an order by phone or by email, we will calculate the postage and notify you of this cost. Once the order has been paid for and packed, we will notify you of the tracking number and the estimated time of delivery.
Please allow extra dispatch time for us to organise delivery of your order to a freight company. We are 50 Km from the closest freight depot so freight companies do not come to us to collect goods.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS must be made through the “contact us” form. International freight will be calculated and an invoice will be issued for your order and freight. Available options for payment of the order will be included with the invoice.
EXPRESS POST may help lessen the transit time of your order once it is sorted at a major mail centre. It will not usually make a difference to the dispatch time as all mail leaves our country areas once every week day. Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will endeavour to help you if we can. An extra postal charge is required if express post is used.
Please call us or contact us within 14 days of your goods being delivered if you have a problem with your order. We will refund or replace the product if it is faulty or misrepresented. We appreciate your feedback (both good or not so good!) on our products and services.
